- You need three colors of yarn: Teal (MC): 38 g (73 m / 80 yards) Ankara Green (CC1): 11 g (21 m / 23 yards) Sunset (CC2): 10g (19 m/21 yards) -Marker - You need two circular needles, 40 cm/16 inches, 3 and 4 mm respectively.

Project is one size, circumference 50 cm/ 20 inches, which ts snuggly on a 55 cm/ 22 inch head.

The headband is worked from front to back, fitting tighter at the front to avoid wind in your ears and looser at the back to accommodate hair. Knitting is done only in stockinette; the purl edges are worked by turning the project.
